Sailing the Saronic Gulf

7 Days

The beautiful cluster of the islands at the Argosaronic bay, that is Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Salamina and several islets, are situated within a stone's throw from Athens. Each island has its own special character allowing you to cliff dive, enjoy a long Mediterranean dinner and party through the night. Perfect for a weeklong voyage Aegina is considered an interesting destination for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, and distinct bars and clubs.

Hydra is an appealing place not only for thousands of tourists but for the international stardom as well, thanks to the combination of its manor houses with cosmopolitan atmosphere and its distinct local color. Many artists own country houses or even permanent residences on the island of Hydra. Spetses is the Southeast point of the Argosaronic, situated opposite the picturesque Porto-Heli.

The routes listed above are suggested itineraries that can be altered based on trip length, weather, and even at your own request during the voyage. They are based on a round trip journey. By ending at an alternative destination and flying or taking a ferry back to Athens you can reduce the trip length and enjoy a more leisurely travel pace. *

* A fee will be added for the additional skipper that must be hired to sail the boat back to Athens. Greek regulations stipulate there must be two people on a sail boat while at sea.
